A Wild Year of Movie Magic at Savvy Productions
Looking back at the past year, we're still wondering how we managed to fit so much movie magic into twelve months.
At Savvy Productions, we've had the chance to work on some seriously awesome projects. We got to hang out with wizards, nurses, luchadores, lazy robots, and even The Grim Reaper. We created animated ninjas, monsters, and 8-bit video games to help teach kids important road safety rules.
And that's just scratching the surface. That's one of the things we love about being a Utah video production company. No two projects are ever quite the same.
One day we're filming a commercial with actors on a set, and the next we're creating an animated world completely from scratch. You never quite know where the next project will take you…
And Then Came the Telly Awards
With so many fun projects on our plate, it's tough to pick favorites. But a couple of projects received some pretty awesome recognition. We were honored to win Telly Awards for two very different projects: "DI Hero: Treasures", created with our friends at RUMOR Advertising, and an animated Overview video for AdvancedMD.
These projects were a great example of the range of creative work we love to do at Savvy Productions. "DI Hero: Treasures" gave us the opportunity to combine live-action production with a whole lot of creativity, while the AdvancedMD project let our animation and motion graphics team go to work - creating a fun and engaging visual experience.

We Don't Just Make Videos
One of the best things about working in video production is getting to help bring ideas to life. A script can start as nothing more than words on a page. Then the cameras roll, the animation starts moving, the music kicks in, and suddenly there's a story. That's where the movie magic happens. Whether we're creating commercial video production, corporate videos, training videos, animation, motion graphics, or branded content, we're always looking for creative ways to make the final product more memorable.
And sometimes that means bringing a wizard onto the set. Or a luchador. Or a Grim Reaper. Because why not?
Awards Are Cool. Our Clients Are Cooler!
We're incredibly proud of the Telly Awards and all the other recognition we've received over the years, but awards aren't why we do what we do. Our favorite part is seeing a client watch their finished video for the first time and say, "That's exactly what we were hoping for."
That's the good stuff.
Awards are a great reminder that we're doing something right, but our clients are the real reason we keep pushing ourselves to try new things. We're grateful for every client who trusts us with their stories, every agency that brings us along for the adventure, and every member of the Savvy team who works their creative magic behind the scenes.
Here's to Another Wild Ride
Looking back, we're incredibly thankful for a year filled with creative challenges, ridiculous ideas, talented people, long days, late nights, and a whole lot of fun. We're proud of the work we've created, proud of the recognition we've received, and even more excited about what's next. Because we're not planning on slowing down anytime soon. There are more stories to tell. More ideas to explore. More movie magic to make.
So here's to another year of rad projects, awesome clients, bodacious ideas, and plenty of lights, camera, adventure.
