Sometimes You Just Have to Bust Through the Wall
When inspiration strikes, our team likes to take a little time to experiment with different concepts, animation styles, and just plain fun ideas. Not every creative project starts with a client brief. Sometimes, we just get an idea that makes us laugh and think, "We have to make that."
This was one of those projects…
For this fun promotional animation, our team created a playful concept around a familiar red-and-white mascot bursting through a wall. We won't name names...but if you know, you know. The idea was simple: Savvy Productions helps open new doors for our clients. And sometimes, those doors aren't even there yet.
Breaking Through With a Little Movie Magic
We wanted this animation to capture something we believe about creativity: sometimes you have to look at a problem differently. Maybe the obvious solution is a door. Maybe the better solution is making your own. That's where the fun begins. Our team created the concept, designed the visuals, animated the characters and environment, and handled the entire project in-house. From the first sketch to the final frame, this was a completely Savvy creation. No client brief. No giant production schedule. Just our team having fun, experimenting, and seeing where the idea could take us. And honestly, that's one of our favorite parts of working in video production.
A Creative Playground
Our South Jordan studio gives us the opportunity to do more than just film. It's also a place where our team can experiment with motion graphics, animation, visual effects, and new creative ideas. These passion projects give our artists a chance to try something different, learn new techniques, and push our creativity a little further. Sometimes those experiments turn into something we can use for a client. Sometimes they simply make us smile. Either way, it's time well spent. Because creativity is like a muscle: The more you use it, the stronger it gets.
